Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unused condition with the protective packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original plastic sleeve or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
